What I see is more toned arms, chest, waist, thighs. Your abs are tighter. I see definite diferences! Yay for your superhard work!
I see arms & outer thighs for sure ! We start to see a difference in your core too :)
Yay!! Yes, I was feeling that there was a change in my core as well. My thighs are the hardest thing for me to get tone so I think it'll still be awhile before those upper/inner thighs really start to look good. lol Thank you for commenting!
